We welcome Gunsite Academy attendees.  We are only 13 minutes away!  We are also far enough off of the highway that there is lots  of peace, quiet,  and privacy.  Our property is 2 acres and completely fenced.  The road is paved up until our little dirt road.   We are about 300 yards down that dirt road.   Keyless entry.   You will be given access to the automatic gate and the key pad code for the house.  Our home and the guest home are completely separate so you have total privacy.  The guest house sits in the front and is attached to a full laundry room for your use.  We are located in a rural area. Our town of Paulden has a nice sized grocery store, a dollar store, and an ACE hardware. We are only 8 miles from the town of Chino Valley which has a Safeway, Walgreens, gas stations, and restaurants.  Enjoy the beautiful stars at night while using the propane BBQ and full kitchen to make your favorite meal.
